I found the best way to adjust the convergence is to take off your glasses and turn it up there until your character looks 2D (count the taps between two images on one side of convergence until two images on the other and then go back half that amount). If you don't adjust convergence to your character, you'll see shadow separation on the ground.Convergence Adjustment: Open nVidia Control Panel; Set up Stereoscopic 3D; Set Keyboard Shortcuts; Show Advanced In-Game Settings; Check Enable Advanced In-Game Settings.
